Remnants of the Okhotsk People

It still remains a mystery of history how these people lived along the coastline of the Okhotsk Sea and cultivated a unique culture only to suddenly disappear. Remnants of this ancient civilization which had a strong influence on the Ainu culture can still be seen today.
